Cooking for 1 has become a pain and an absolute chore - but since my first order with Plated Convenience, I am hooked! From a wide range of healthy meals, ensuring I get all my macros in, to the actual quality of the meals such as top ingredients, great tasting and the overall convenience. I joined Plated Convenience via the B.Active group. I was looking for a low carb and high protein meal plan, which I did not get from any of the other suppliers. Some indicated it as such but the end result was the opposite with more than 50% of the meals. Plated Convenience do follow the low carb, high protein recipe with a balanced meal. The food tastes good and it is very convenient with quick and flexible delivery. I do appreciate the commitment and services provided. Kobus

Plated convenience helped me lose 20kg! Having just one or two healthy pre-portioned meals per day helped me stay on track with my eating plan. All the meals show up with the barcode scanner using the My Fitness Pal app which made tracking calories and macros super easy. My favourite meal was the fillet speciality with pasta, could eat it every day! I was also able to easily change my delivery address between my two work addresses which was very convenient. Overall great experience

10/10 experience with Plated Convenience. I requested a customised meal plan, and had a few difficult requests. They did not only deliver up to a high standard, but also had it ready in a few days. Awesome stuff

Had an awesome experience with Plated Convenience. The food is really delicious. This was my second order. The service was excellent - ordering was easy, staff so friendly and always willing to assist. Highly recommend trying their 21 day banting package and comfort meals.
